Holter Request
DPCH holter monitor rental is available to Doberman owners in Texas. The holter comes complete with the monitor, electrodes, a hook up kit for one dog, lycra vest, instructional CD, handouts, and information for submission of the holter tape to Alba Medical for evaluation. To holter more than one dog, order a hook up kit for each additional dog. The rental fee includes shipping both ways (insured and tracked). The rental fee does not include Alba Medical's fee for reading the holter tape.
Rental fee: $125
Additional hook up kits: $10 each
Rental period: 15 days
To rent the holter, submit a Holter Request using the form below. When you have been contacted regarding availability of the holter, print the Holter Monitor Rental Agreement, complete the Renter information including your signature, and mail the agreement to Kathy McLemore.
